BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:
- Holding Deposit* – The equivalent of 1 week’s rent (deducted from first months’ rent subject to referencing)
(*The holding deposit is non-refundable should you not proceed with the property, fail the checks or give false information).
All references include the following:
- Identity
- Immigration and visa confirmation
- Financial credit checks
- Obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords
- Any other relevant information to assess affordability and arrange the tenancy
PAYABLE ON YOUR MOVE IN DAY:
- Rent: 1 months’ rent in advance
- Deposit: equal to 5 weeks rent
All deposits must be registered with a Governmental approved scheme.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept credit or debit cards payments at the office.
